Chablis

 

 

Characteristics: pale yellow color, notes of humid white flowers, soft on the palate, fluid wine, ending with a pleasant and refreshing finish.

 

Food pairing: appetizer, fish, oyster, sea food, shellfish, snails, grilled meats, cold meats, Japanese cuisine.

Ageing capacity: up to 5 year



Chablis Vieilles Vignes

 

 

Characteristics: pale yellow color, bright and mineral nose, taste wrapped and rolled-up by a mineral tension. 

 

Food pairing: appetizer, fish, oyster, sea food, shellfish, poultry, cave-aged cheese, andouillette, foie gras.

Ageing capacity: up to 5 years



Chablis 1er Cru VAUCOUPIN

 

 

Characteristics: pale golden color, discrete first nose on citrus, delicately hearbaceous freshness, immediately voluptuous mouth, ending with pastry notes.

 

Food pairing: appetizer, scallop, cold meat, poultry, cave-aged cheese, goat cheese, andouillette.

Ageing capacity: up to 10 years



Chablis 1er Cru MONT DE MILIEU

 

 

Characteristics: pale golden color, discrete first nose, gradually give up chalky notes, rounded palate, finish slightly milky, fresh butter.

 

Food pairing: appetizer, oyster, sea food, scallop, shellfish, snails, Japanese cuisine, andouillette.

Ageing capacity: up to 10 years



Chablis 1er Cru FOURNEAUX

 

 

Characteristics: pale golden color, candied citrus peel nose, notes of honey, generous palate, long mineral ending.
